Sara Nelson Hallock
Sara concentrates her practice in the area of Education Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Sara serves as a Due Process Hearing Officer for School Districts. Prior to joining Hallock & Hallock, Sara worked as an in house attorney for the Davis County School District. Sara is a trained mediator and has served as a mediator in employment disputes for the Utah Anti-Discrimination Division.
Sara graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Utah State University in 1990. Sara graduated Cum Laude with a J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law in 1994. While in law school, Sara served on the Moot Court Board.
Sara also enjoys spending time with her children. Sara’s hobbies include camping, hiking, and running. Sara also enjoys serving in her church and in the community and reading a good book.
Sara is licensed in Utah and Idaho.
